目的观察谷氨酰胺对短肠综合征大鼠肝脏和结肠形态的影响。方法 23只雄性大鼠切除80%小肠,随机分3组:饮食组8只术后自由进食,全胃肠外营养(TPN)组8只输TPN标准液,谷氨酰胺(Gln)组7只,输TPN+Gln,正常大鼠8只,作为对照组。术后第7天,取门静脉血测定肝功能,肝脏和结肠进行组织学检查。结果饮食组、正常组和Gln组血ALb明显高于TPN组,Gln组血TP明显高于TPN组,光镜下Gln组(2/7)和TPN组(3/8)肝脏标本呈脂肪变性改变,两者无显著差别,饮食组结肠粘膜厚度明显大于正常组,Gln组结肠粘膜厚度明显大于TPN组。结论 Gln促使结肠粘膜增生,有利于维持血TP和ALb水平,但未能减轻肝脂肪变性。

목적관찰곡안선알대단장종합정대서간장화결장형태적영향。방법 23지웅성대서절제80%소장,수궤분3조:음식조8지술후자유진식,전위장외영양(TPN)조8지수TPN표준액,곡안선알(Gln)조7지,수TPN+Gln,정상대서8지,작위대조조。술후제7천,취문정맥혈측정간공능,간장화결장진행조직학검사。결과음식조、정상조화Gln조혈ALb명현고우TPN조,Gln조혈TP명현고우TPN조,광경하Gln조(2/7)화TPN조(3/8)간장표본정지방변성개변,량자무현저차별,음식조결장점막후도명현대우정상조,Gln조결장점막후도명현대우TPN조。결론 Gln촉사결장점막증생,유리우유지혈TP화ALb수평,단미능감경간지방변성。
Objective The present study investigated the effect of Glutamine on shape of liver and colon in rats with short bowel syndrome. Methods 23 male Sprague-Dawley rats underwent a 80% small bowel resection,randomly divided into three groups:food group(n=8) rats was fed with rat chow and water ad libitum after operation;total parenteral nutrition(TPN) group(n=8) was infused with standard TPN;glutamine(Gln) group(n=7) was infused with Gln-supplyed TPN; eight normal male rats served as normal control group.On seventh day after operation,hepatic function was determined,liver and colon was harvested for histological observation (include optic microscopy and electron microscopy). Results ALb in food group、control group and Gln group was significantly higher than that in TPN group,TP in Gln group was significantly higher than in TPN group, There was hepatic steatosis change in Gln group(2/7) and TPN group(3/8) in optic microscopy,without statistical significant difference between Gln group and TPN group.Colonic mucosal thickness in food group was significantly bigger than that of control group, Colonic mucosal thickness in Gln group was significantly bigger than that in TPN group。 Conclusions Gln promoted colonic mucosal hypertrophy.Gln dould not decrease hepatic steatosis in the present experimental condition,Gln was favorable to maintain TP and ALb level of blood.
