目的 观察不同剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)对内毒素休克兔回肠黏膜形态学的影响.方法 35只健康新西兰大白兔随机分成正常对照组、休克组、长托宁低剂量组(0.05 mg/kg)、长托宁中剂量组(0.15 mg/kg)和长托宁高剂量组(0.45 mg/kg).采用静脉注射大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)制作内毒素休克模型.长托宁各组分别于静注脂多糖后立即静注不同剂量长托宁.各组于静注后LPS6 h留取回肠标本进行形态学观察及回肠上皮损伤指数测定.结果 长托宁低、中、高剂量组动物回肠黏膜损伤不同程度较休克组减轻(P<0.01),中剂量组损伤减轻更明显(P<0.01).结论 长托宁能减轻内毒素休克兔的回肠黏膜损伤程度;相对于低、高剂量长托宁,中剂量在减轻组织损伤方面效果更为显著.
目的 觀察不同劑量鹽痠戊乙奎醚(長託寧)對內毒素休剋兔迴腸黏膜形態學的影響.方法 35隻健康新西蘭大白兔隨機分成正常對照組、休剋組、長託寧低劑量組(0.05 mg/kg)、長託寧中劑量組(0.15 mg/kg)和長託寧高劑量組(0.45 mg/kg).採用靜脈註射大腸桿菌脂多糖(LPS)製作內毒素休剋模型.長託寧各組分彆于靜註脂多糖後立即靜註不同劑量長託寧.各組于靜註後LPS6 h留取迴腸標本進行形態學觀察及迴腸上皮損傷指數測定.結果 長託寧低、中、高劑量組動物迴腸黏膜損傷不同程度較休剋組減輕(P<0.01),中劑量組損傷減輕更明顯(P<0.01).結論 長託寧能減輕內毒素休剋兔的迴腸黏膜損傷程度;相對于低、高劑量長託寧,中劑量在減輕組織損傷方麵效果更為顯著.

Objective To observe the effect of different doses of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride(PQN) on intestinal mucosal morphology in the rabbit model of endotoxin shock. Methods Thirty-five healthy White New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: control group, shock group, low dose PQN group (0.05 mg/kg), middle dose PQN group (0.15 mg/kg) and high dose PQN group (0.45 mg/kg). The endotoxin shock model was set up by the intravenous infusion with Lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Coincident with the injection of LPS, the different doses of PQN were immediately administered in the low, middle, high dose PQN group, respectively. The intestinal mucosal damage index and morphological changes of intestinal mucosa were observed and assayed under optics microscope and electric microscope at 6 hours after the injection of LPS. The differences among groups were statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the shock group, the intestinal mucosal damage of all PQN treat-ment groups were lessened (P<0.01), even more so in the middle dose PQN group (P<0.01).Conclusions Penehyclidine hydrochloride could relieve the intestinal mucosal damage in the rabbit model of endotoxin shock. Compared with the low and high dose, of PQN, the middle dose of PQN has better protective effect in the rabbit model of endotoxin shock.
