针对硬顶软底软煤大倾角煤层埋藏条件复杂、开采难度大的条件,通过工作面"三机"配套、超前预爆破、回采工艺、巷道优化布置、矿山压力监测、工作面安全管理保障技术集成体系的应用,解决了该类煤层走向长壁综放开采难题,取得了良好经济社会效益.
針對硬頂軟底軟煤大傾角煤層埋藏條件複雜、開採難度大的條件,通過工作麵"三機"配套、超前預爆破、迴採工藝、巷道優化佈置、礦山壓力鑑測、工作麵安全管理保障技術集成體繫的應用,解決瞭該類煤層走嚮長壁綜放開採難題,取得瞭良好經濟社會效益.
침대경정연저연매대경각매층매장조건복잡、개채난도대적조건,통과공작면"삼궤"배투、초전예폭파、회채공예、항도우화포치、광산압력감측、공작면안전관리보장기술집성체계적응용,해결료해류매층주향장벽종방개채난제,취득료량호경제사회효익.
According to the complicated conditions of the high inclined seam with hard roof,soft floor and soft coal,with the coal shearer,AFC and powered supports equipped in the coal mining face,pilot pre-blasting,coal mining technology,optimized layout of the mining gateway,roof strata pressure monitoring and measurement,safety management technology integrated system applied,the mining problems of the fully mechanized longwall coal miming face in strike and in the seam was well solved with good social and economic benefits.
