采用索氏提取法和直接溶剂萃取法提取新品系芝麻的脂肪酸成分,用气相色谱质谱联用仪分析化学成分.结果显示:新品系芝麻中主要含有12种脂肪酸,且大多数为不饱和脂肪酸,其中含量最高的为亚油酸.
採用索氏提取法和直接溶劑萃取法提取新品繫芝痳的脂肪痠成分,用氣相色譜質譜聯用儀分析化學成分.結果顯示:新品繫芝痳中主要含有12種脂肪痠,且大多數為不飽和脂肪痠,其中含量最高的為亞油痠.

The sesame seed new strain's fatty acid were extracted by Soxhlet extraction and the direct solvent extraction, and GC-MS was used toanalyze their chemical components. The result showed that the new strain sesame seed includes 12 kinds of fatty acids, and mostly was the unsaturated fatty acid, theoe fatty acids were constitutes the human body to the fatty acids, and the content of the linoleic acid was the highest.
