利用田间试验,研究了杂交棉豫杂35和常规棉中棉41在施N 225、P_2O_5 90、K_2O 135 kg/hm~2条件下的干物质积累和氮、磷、钾吸收分配及产量形成特点.结果表明,杂交棉和常规棉的干物质及氮、磷、钾的阶段积累量变化趋势基本相同;而杂交棉的干物质和氮、磷、钾在各时期的积累量和日积累强度均明显高于常规棉.随着牛长发育进程杂交棉后期于物质和氮、磷、钾的阶段积累比例比常规棉的高,表明杂交棉在后期有较强的生长和积累的优势.所以,加强杂交棉的后期管理能更好地发挥其增产潜力.杂交棉和常规棉的干物质和氮、磷、钾在各器官的分配均表现随生长发育转向生殖器官的比例不断提高,但杂交棉略高于常规棉.在本试验条件下,杂交棉皮棉产量1778.23 kg/hm~2,一生吸收N、P_2O_5、K_2O总量分别为242.92、82.12、247.76 kg/hm~2,N:P_2O_5:K_2O=1:0.34:1.02;常规棉皮棉产量1377.21 kg/hm~2,一生吸收N、P_2O_5、K_2O总量分别为195.42、65.64、194.09 kg/hm~2,N:P_2O_5:K_2O=1:0.34:0.99.

Dry matter accumulation, N, P, K uptake and distribution, and yield of hybrid cotton (Yu za 35) and conventional cotton (CRI 41 ) was studied under field condition. Fertilizer application rate was set at N 225 kg/ha, P_2O_5 90 kg/ha and K_2O 135 kg/ha, and a randomized complete block design was used with three replicates. The results indicated that the patterns of accumulation of dry matter and N, P, K at different growth period for hybrid cotton were similar to conventional cotton, but accumulation quantity of dry matter and N, P, K in hybrid cotton was higher than that in conventional cotton. Accumulation rates of dry matter and N, P, K in hybrid cotton at later growth period was higher than that in conventional cotton indicating that hybrid cotton had more obvious heterosis in growth. The results also indicated that the distribution rate of dry matter and N, P, K to reproductive organs was continuously increased with the growth of cotton, and the distribution rates in hybrid cotton was higher than that of conventional cotton. When lint yield of hybrid cotton was 1778.23 kg/ha, the absorption quantity of N, P_2O_5 and K_2O was 242.92, 82.12 and 247.76 kg/ha, respectively, and the uptake proportion of N, P_2O_5 and K_2O was 1:0.34: 1.02. When lint yield of conventional cotton was 1377.21 kg/ha, the absorption quantity of N, P-2O_5 and K_2O was 195.42, 65.64 and 194.09 kg/ha, respectively, and the uptake proportion of N, P_2O_5 and K_2O was 1:0.34:0.99.
