进行了DP800MPa级双相钢的点焊性能研究.对国产和瑞典双相钢的点焊接头进行金相分析、显微硬度测试、剪切试验以及扫描断口分析,结果表明,双相钢点焊接头的断裂方式以韧性断裂为主;在同等焊接工艺下,国产钢板点焊接头的剪切强度高于瑞典钢板点焊接头.国产钢板点焊接头的显微硬度略低于瑞典钢板.

The properties of resistance spot welding application for DP800MPa-level dual-phase steel were researched. The spot welding performance of dual-phase steel produced in domestic and swedish was studied by metallographic analysis, microhardness, shear tests and scanning fracture analysis. The results show that the dual-phase steel welding joint fracture modes are mainly ductile fractures. Under the same welding process, the shear strength of domestic spot welding joint is higher than swedish, but the microhardness of the domestic is slightly lower than the swedish plates.
