呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是婴幼儿呼吸道感染最常见的病原,但发病机制尚未明了.近年研究发现,肺表面活性蛋白介导的天然免疫应答在RSV感染中发挥重要作用,而调控这些蛋白表达的基因存在多态性.因此,研究肺表面活性蛋白及其基因多态性在RSV感染发病中的作用,将为开发新的RSV感染治疗方法提供理论依据.
呼吸道閤胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是嬰幼兒呼吸道感染最常見的病原,但髮病機製尚未明瞭.近年研究髮現,肺錶麵活性蛋白介導的天然免疫應答在RSV感染中髮揮重要作用,而調控這些蛋白錶達的基因存在多態性.因此,研究肺錶麵活性蛋白及其基因多態性在RSV感染髮病中的作用,將為開髮新的RSV感染治療方法提供理論依據.

Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the most common pathogen of respiratory tract infection in infants and children, but the pathogenesis is still unclear. Recently, studies have found that innate immune response mediated by surfactant protein plays an important role in RSV infection, and regulation genes of these proteins are polymorphic. Therefore,the study of roles of surfactant protein and its gene polymorphism in pathogenesis of RSV infection may provide a theoretical basis for new treatment of RSV infection.
