目的探讨心理护理在宫颈癌手术病人治疗中的作用.方法方便选取手术治疗的宫颈癌病人30例作为心理干预组,同期未作心理干预30例为对照组,采用焦虑自评表(SAS)和抑郁自评表(SDS),比较两组手术病人前后焦虑、抑郁情况.结果宫颈癌病人SAS、SDS分值均高于国内常模(P＜0.01),两组术前SAS、SDS差异无统计学意义,心理干预组术后SAS、SDS低于对照组.结论宫颈癌手术病人均有不同程度的心理障碍,心理健康水平低于正常人.心理护理可明显提高宫颈癌手术病人的心理健康水平,在宫颈癌手术的康复中发挥了重要的作用.

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing care on postoperative cervical carcinoma patients. Methods To conveniently select 30 cases of postoperative cervical carcinoma patients as the psychological intervention group, meanwhile 30 cases of non-psychological intervention as the control group.SAS and SDS are used to compare the depression and anxiety state of two groups before and after operation.Results There was no statistically meaning of the difference of SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before operation. And both of the scores of cervical carcinoma patients were higher than normal scores of our country (P ＜ 0. 01 ). The SAS and SDS scores of psychological intervention group were significantly lower than the control group. ConclusionsAll postoperative cervical carcinoma patients had different degrees of psychological disturbance, and their psychological health levels were lower than normal one. Psychological nursing care could obviously increase psychological health level of postoperative cervical carcinoma patients,which could have important effect for postoperative cervical carcinoma recovery.
