本研究以钼粉为基本材料，对大气等离子喷涂技术制备钼系涂层的工艺参数、组织性能及使用效果进行了深入研究、分析，与传统丝材喷涂方法制备钼涂层相比，成本大幅降低，涂层性能及工艺稳定性显著提高。
本研究以鉬粉為基本材料，對大氣等離子噴塗技術製備鉬繫塗層的工藝參數、組織性能及使用效果進行瞭深入研究、分析，與傳統絲材噴塗方法製備鉬塗層相比，成本大幅降低，塗層性能及工藝穩定性顯著提高。
본연구이목분위기본재료，대대기등리자분도기술제비목계도층적공예삼수、조직성능급사용효과진행료심입연구、분석，여전통사재분도방법제비목도층상비，성본대폭강저，도층성능급공예은정성현저제고。
A air-plasma spray technology for making a Mo-base coat by utilizing Mo powder as the crude material has been proposed.The spray parameters and the structure，performances and application of the coat was studied.The new method is better than the conventional O2-C2H2 flame spray utilizing Mo wire.The technology can decrease production cost,improve coat performances and stabilize the spray process.
