将GaN基蓝光激发YAG荧光粉的成白光发光二极管(W-LED)优选后,以串联形式集成为 W-LED 发光模块.分别测试了 W-LED 集成光源模块的光电特性、发光效率以及不同电流驱动下的光源衰减率,并与白炽灯和荧光灯等传统照明光源进行了比较.实验表明:当驱动电流为 14~18 mA时,W-LED 集成光源模块的发光效率可达到 64.46 lm/W,而功耗仅为2.4 W,发挥出了 W-LED 作为照明光源的节能、高可靠和稳定性等优势.经 10 kh 老化测得电流下降较常用灯<10%.
將GaN基藍光激髮YAG熒光粉的成白光髮光二極管(W-LED)優選後,以串聯形式集成為 W-LED 髮光模塊.分彆測試瞭 W-LED 集成光源模塊的光電特性、髮光效率以及不同電流驅動下的光源衰減率,併與白熾燈和熒光燈等傳統照明光源進行瞭比較.實驗錶明:噹驅動電流為 14~18 mA時,W-LED 集成光源模塊的髮光效率可達到 64.46 lm/W,而功耗僅為2.4 W,髮揮齣瞭 W-LED 作為照明光源的節能、高可靠和穩定性等優勢.經 10 kh 老化測得電流下降較常用燈<10%.

The current illumination characteristic of the white light emitting diodes (W-LEDs), the power and effi-ciency of the W-LED illumination module integrated by W-LEDs in series connection were studied and discussed.The optimized current range of the integrated illumination module is from 14 to 18mA. The experiment result shows that the W-LEDs integrated light module processes much lower power consumption (2. 4W), higher lumi-nescence efficiency (64. 461m/W) and longer lifetime, current degradation is <10% after 10 kh testing, comparing with that of the traditional lamps, such as tungsten lamp and fluorescent lamp.
