本文采用热分析法研究几种金属-氢气共晶反应定向凝固制备藕状多孔材料气孔的形成和长大机理.结果表明,这种工艺气孔是借助熔融金属中的活性杂质非匀质形核的,而长大则是沿固液界面的法线方向向具有粗糙界面的气固相转移,最终形成气孔规则定向排列于金属基体中的多孔材料.
本文採用熱分析法研究幾種金屬-氫氣共晶反應定嚮凝固製備藕狀多孔材料氣孔的形成和長大機理.結果錶明,這種工藝氣孔是藉助鎔融金屬中的活性雜質非勻質形覈的,而長大則是沿固液界麵的法線方嚮嚮具有粗糙界麵的氣固相轉移,最終形成氣孔規則定嚮排列于金屬基體中的多孔材料.

The pore nucleation and growth of porous materials by hydrogen-metal eutectic growth for upward direc-tional solidification were studied by heat analysis method. The results show that the pore is produced by heteroge-nous nucleation in virtue of active impurity in melt metal during the process of directional solidification. And the pore growth is along normal directian of solid-liquid interface and toward coarse interface of gas-solid phase. Finally, the pores are distributed uniformly along the direction of diameter.
