无氰碱性镀铜技术已发展多年,终因镀液不稳定、预镀层结合力不稳定等问题而不能大规模生产应用.采用无氰高密度镀铜工艺制备了SF-8639无氰高密度铜镀层,对镀液的电流效率、分散能力、覆盖能力、沉积速度以及镀层的结合力、韧性、孔隙率进行了测试,并和国外同类技术及常用的电镀预镀工艺(氰化预镀铜、预镀哑镍)进行对比.结果表明:本工艺镀液稳定,容易控制,分散能力和覆盖能力超过氰化预镀铜;镀液和镀层各项性能达到或超过进口同类无氰碱铜;镀层致密,孔隙率比进口同类无氰碱铜低,结合力好,适用于铝合金轮毂沉锌后的预镀;本工艺在实际生产中已得到了很好的应用,具有良好的发展前景.
無氰堿性鍍銅技術已髮展多年,終因鍍液不穩定、預鍍層結閤力不穩定等問題而不能大規模生產應用.採用無氰高密度鍍銅工藝製備瞭SF-8639無氰高密度銅鍍層,對鍍液的電流效率、分散能力、覆蓋能力、沉積速度以及鍍層的結閤力、韌性、孔隙率進行瞭測試,併和國外同類技術及常用的電鍍預鍍工藝(氰化預鍍銅、預鍍啞鎳)進行對比.結果錶明:本工藝鍍液穩定,容易控製,分散能力和覆蓋能力超過氰化預鍍銅;鍍液和鍍層各項性能達到或超過進口同類無氰堿銅;鍍層緻密,孔隙率比進口同類無氰堿銅低,結閤力好,適用于鋁閤金輪轂沉鋅後的預鍍;本工藝在實際生產中已得到瞭很好的應用,具有良好的髮展前景.

Cyanide-free copper coating with a high density was prepared on the surface of Al alloy by electropLating.The current density, dispersibility, covering power, and plating rate of the solution, as well as the adhesion, toughness, and poresity of the Cu coating were measured. The present process was compared with similar processes and common pre-plating processes widely used abroad. Results indicate that the present plating bath is stable and can be easily controlled, while it has better dispersibility and coveting ability than cyanide Cu pre-plating. The performances of the present plating bath and Cu coating are comparable to or better than those of exported plating baths or coatings. Moreover, the Cu coating prepared with the present process is compact and has a lower porosity and larger adhesion force than similar cyanide-free Cu coatings exported. In one word, the oyanide-free Cu coating is applicable to pre-plating of galvanized Al alloy wheels and has been anceessfully applied in industry, showing promising prospect.
