关节病性银屑病是一种与银屑病相关的慢性进行性炎性皮肤与关节疾病,其病因和发病机制不清,一些严重的关节病件银屑病患者对常规治疗无效.目前肿瘤坏死因子抑制剂、IL-1抑制剂、针对T细胞治疗等生物制剂治疗关节病性银屑病已显示出疗效,同时存在一定的不良反应,使用时需谨慎,但是与慢作用抗风湿药物相比,疗效更为明显,且具有更好的耐受性.

Psoriatic arthritis is a chronic, progressive inflammatory arthropathy associated with psoriasis. The specific etiology and pathogenesis of psoriatic arthritis is unknown at present, and some patients with severe psoriatic arthritis do not respond to conventional therapy. Biological agents, such as TNF antagonists, IL-1 antagonists, T cell specific biologic agent, have shown good effects in the treatment of psoriatic arthritis. Also, compared with disease modifying antirheumatic drugs, biologic agents are more effective, tolerable and safer, nevertheless, a variety of adverse reactions have been observed, choice and use of biological agents need to be cautious.
