目的探讨人本位护理在老年肺结核患者中的应用,以供临床参考.方法将我院2010年1月-2011年1月收治的108例老年肺结核患者随机分为对照组和实验组各54例.对照组给予一般护理干预,实验组融人人本位护理.观察两组患者经过护理干预后护患之间的沟通效果和患者对护理工作的满意度.结果实验组采用人本位护理干预后,患者能够更好地接受护士的健康宣教,护患沟通效果更好,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).实验组患者对护士的护理工作更加满意,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论将人本位护理干预方法融入到临床护理工作中,能够使患者得到更好的护理服务,对构建和谐护患关系具有重要意义.

Objective To explore the application effect of people-based care in treatment for the elder patients with pulnonary tuberculosis for clinical reference.Methods 108 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group received general care intervention,the experimental group received the extra people-based care.The effect of communication between nurses and patients,the satisfactory degree of patients were observed and compared after a nursing intervention.Results Putting people based nursing intervention into clinical nursing care can provide more harmonious and better nurse-patient communication for nurse-patient relationship,with significant difference(P＜ 0.05).In experinental group,nurses care for patients got more satisfied,with significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The humanbased interventions put into clinical care and nursing work,can provide better patient care,having great significance of building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
