目的:考察不同干燥方法对丹参乙醇提取物中丹参酮ⅡA含量的影响。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定。结果:在70℃温度下,减压干燥丹参酮ⅡA损失约24%;常压干燥损失约77%。结论:减压干燥可明显减少丹参酮ⅡA的损失。

목적:고찰불동간조방법대단삼을순제취물중단삼동ⅡA함량적영향。방법:채용박층소묘법측정。결과:재70℃온도하,감압간조단삼동ⅡA손실약24%;상압간조손실약77%。결론:감압간조가명현감소단삼동ⅡA적손실。
The contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A in ethanol extracts which were dried with different methods (ordinary pressure and depression 640 mmHg under same temperature 70℃) were observed. Quantitative analysis of tanshinone ⅡA was performed by TLC-scanning. The results showed that the best way was to use depression with the less loss of tanshinone ⅡA than ordinary pressure, and it could be a theoretical bases for preparing procedure of Radix Salviae Mitiorrhizae in compound.
