在Al-Zn-Sn系阳极材料的基础上添加不同含量的B,研究B对合金组织性能的影响,运用电化学测试、扫描电镜技术,研究合金的组织和电化学性能.结果表明:硼含量主要影响合金的品粒大小、枝晶形态、第二相的数量和分布,进而影响合金表面溶解均匀性和电流效率;合金在B含量为0.0155%时,即按B、Ti质量比为1:3.22的比例添加B,可获得良好的电化学性能.
在Al-Zn-Sn繫暘極材料的基礎上添加不同含量的B,研究B對閤金組織性能的影響,運用電化學測試、掃描電鏡技術,研究閤金的組織和電化學性能.結果錶明:硼含量主要影響閤金的品粒大小、枝晶形態、第二相的數量和分佈,進而影響閤金錶麵溶解均勻性和電流效率;閤金在B含量為0.0155%時,即按B、Ti質量比為1:3.22的比例添加B,可穫得良好的電化學性能.

In order to investigate the effects of boron content on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy,different kinds of aluminum alloys based on Al-Zn-Sn anode materials with different boron content were prepared,and its microstructure and electrochemical properties were analyzed by electrochemical measurement and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that boron content has large influence on the grain size,dendrite morphology,quantity and distribution of the second phase,and further affects the current efficiency and uniformity of the dissolution on the surface of the alloys.The best electrochemical performance of the alloys is obtained when boron content is 0.01 55%,which means that the mass ratio of B/Ti is l:3.22.
