采用平板对峙培养法,筛选对辣椒疫霉菌具有抑菌效果的生防菌。结果表明：从功能微生物资源库中选择的25个菌株中,11个菌株对辣椒疫霉菌具有抑制作用,其中菌株PSB-13-2-2,YC-10和KLP-1对辣椒疫霉菌抑制作用明显,抑制率分别为51.85%,50.97%和52.60%。

Biocontrol bacteria against Phytophthora capsoci in hot pepper were screened by plate confrontation culture from functional germ pool. The results showed that there were 11 with inhibitory action in selected 25 strains, and PSB-13-2-2, YC-10 and KLP-1 in the 11 strains obviously inhibited mycelium growth of Phytophthora capsoci up to 51.85%,50.97% and 52.60%, respectively.
