目的调查维持性血液透析(HD)患者的心理和家庭支持状况并进行原因分析,制订干预措施.方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和家庭关怀指数(PAGAR)问卷对112例维持性HD患者进行问卷调查,并与110名本院职工或职工家属进行同一评定结果比较.结果维持性HD患者SDS阳性率高达71％,SAS阳性率高达74％,明显高于一般人群;家庭功能存在障碍的比率也明显高于一般人群.结论维持性HD患者存在严重心理问题及家庭支持缺陷,应加强心理干预,寻求家庭支持,提高维持性HD患者生活质量.
목적 조사유지성혈액투석(HD)환자적심리화가정지지상황병진행원인분석,제정간예조시.방법 채용억욱자평량표(SDS)、초필자평량표(SAS)화가정관부지수(PAGAR)문권대112례유지성HD환자진행문권조사,병여110명본원직공혹직공가속진행동일평정결과비교.결과 유지성HD환자SDS양성솔고체71％,SAS양성솔고체74％,명현고우일반인군;가정공능존재장애적비솔야명현고우일반인군.결론 유지성HD환자존재엄중심리문제급가정지지결함,응가강심리간예,심구가정지지,제고유지성HD환자생활질량.
Objective To investigate the the psychological condition and family support of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis and study the reasons,make intervention measures. Methods The scales of SDS,SAS and PAGAR questionnaire were used to investigate 112 patients with maintenance hemodialysis.110 workers or the families of the employees of our hospital also were investigated and evaluation results were compared. Results Among the patients,positive rate in SDS was up to 71％,SAS 74％,significantly higher than those of the general population.The ones with poor family support was also significantly higher than that of the general population.Conclusions The patients with maintenance hemodialysis suffer from serious psychological problems and lack of family support.So psychological intervention and family support should be strengthened so as to improve their living quality.
