研究山牡荆根茎的化学成分.山牡荆根茎经80%丙酮提取,采用硅胶和凝胶进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析进行结构鉴定.从山牡荆中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、牡荆葡基黄酮(2)、20-羟基蜕皮素-20,22-单丙酮化合物(3)、3,5-O-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸(4)和胡萝卜甾醇(5),这5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
研究山牡荊根莖的化學成分.山牡荊根莖經80%丙酮提取,採用硅膠和凝膠進行分離純化,通過波譜分析進行結構鑒定.從山牡荊中分離得到5箇化閤物,分彆鑒定為:β-穀甾醇(1)、牡荊葡基黃酮(2)、20-羥基蛻皮素-20,22-單丙酮化閤物(3)、3,5-O-雙咖啡酰基奎寧痠(4)和鬍蘿蔔甾醇(5),這5箇化閤物均為首次從該植物中分離得到.

To study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Vitex quinata,the rhizome of Vitex quinata were extracted with 80% acetone, and the extract was isolated by column chromatography. All compounds were identified on the basis of spectrum analysis. Five compo unds were isolated from the rhizome of Vitex quinata, which are β-sitosterol (1), vitexin (2) ,20-hydroxyecdysone 20,22-monoacetonide (3),3,5-O-bicaffeoyl quinic acid (4),and daucosterol (5). These 5compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
