The situation of the monitoring of large span concrete cable stayed bridge and the work principle of the differential sensor firstly are introduced.Then,it discusses the monitoring scheme for strain and temperature.At last,a newly-built large span concrete cable stayed bridge is taken as an engineering example.In this example,the monitored datum of the strain and temperature within a day are provided,the performance of the differential sensor is analyzed as well.
