四连杆组合臂架结构参数化建模实现了其结构的多幅度、全载荷条件下FEA模型建模,生成的模型数据文件可直接调用NX_Nastran进行求解;四连杆金属结构强度、疲劳分析模块提取NX_Nastran 结果f06文件中对应的节点、单元信息,借助于专家系统的决策对四连杆金属结构进行疲劳计算分析.平台系统运行过程辅助以数据库进行模型驱动参数,以及结构强度疲劳分析结果的数据管理,同时生成的数据文件由专用文件管理模块进行分类和保存.平台系统具有良好的兼容性,其数据和文件管理系统可以纳入PDMS子系统进行有效的管理,为系统的进一步扩充提供良好的接口.

Using the structural parameterized modeling of fourbar combined arm-frame could achieve the modeling of FEA model under multi-ranges and full loading conditions.The generated model data file could be solved by calling directly the NX Nastran. The strength and fatigue analysis module of four-bar metallic structures picked up information of the corresponding node and unit in the f06file of NX Nastran result and carried out fatigue calculation analysis on the four-bar metallic structure recur to the decision-making of expert system. In the operation process the platform system carrying out data management of the model driving parameters and of the strength fatigue analysis result of structures with the aid of data base, and the data file generated simultaneously wag being classified and saved by the special purposed management module. The platform system has good compatibility,its data and file management system can be brought into the PDMS sub-system for carrying out effective management, thus provided favorable interface for further expansion of the system.
