以玉米芯为主要原料,探索绿色木霉发酵玉米芯产木聚糖酶的培养条件,进一步提高木聚糖酶的酶活。结果表明其产酶最佳培养条件为:接种量为5mL(孢子1.3×10^7个,mL),初始pH值为6,玉米芯与水质量比为1:2,温度为33℃,在培养到第4d时,其酶活力最高达1537.52U/mL。

이옥미심위주요원료,탐색록색목매발효옥미심산목취당매적배양조건,진일보제고목취당매적매활。결과표명기산매최가배양조건위:접충량위5mL(포자1.3×10^7개,mL),초시pH치위6,옥미심여수질량비위1:2,온도위33℃,재배양도제4d시,기매활력최고체1537.52U/mL。
The cultivation conditions were discussed. The most suitable carbon source in the culture media should be corncob, the most suitable nitrogen source was the com thick liquid, the quantity of the inoculation should be 5 mL (1.3 × 10^7 spores/mL), the initial pH value is 6,the proportion of the solid and liquid wais 1 : 2, the temperature was 33 ℃, the time was 96 h. In these conditions could the enzymatic activity reach to 1537.52 U / mL.
