稀土永磁同步电动机(REPMSM)具有效率和功率因数高的特点,但由于转子磁路结构不对称和永磁体的作用使得起动特性比普通异步电动机复杂得多.如果REPMSM的转子磁路结构设计不当,严重时无法将REPMSM牵入同步转速.通过MATLAB/SIMULINK平台建立仿真模型,结合仿真曲线与样机实测的起动性能,研究了4极11kW典型规格REPMSM起动特性.仿真结果表明该设计优化了磁路结构,提高了起动性能.

The rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor(REPMSM)is characteristic of high efficiency and high power.The starting characteristics,however,are much more complex than the average asynchronous motors because of the improper design in REPMSM asymmetric rotor magnetic circuit structure and the improper impact of the permanent magnets.If the magnetic circuit structure is designed improperly,REPMSM can not be pulled into the synchronous rotation.With MATLAB / SIMULINK platform to build simulation models,we simulated the 4-pole and 11 kW typical size REPMSM starting process,and studied the REPMSM starting characteristics.The results help to optimize the design of magnetic circuit structure and improve its property.
