对山东海化集团所排放污染物的调查与监测表明，其废水排放量为1 738万t/a，其中石油类为135t/a，悬浮物为1425t/a，氨氮为469t/a，化学耗氧量为3476t/a。海上监测资料显示，海化集团附近海域中挥发酚、油类、COD的含量超过国家二类水质标准，平均污染指数分别为：2.30、1.56、1.22，比正常状况分别提高了0.28、0.18、0.37。分析结果说明，海化集团尽管是排放达标企业，但由于企业生产规模巨大，污染物排海量依然很大，排污对其附近海域生产了一定影响。文章同时提出了有关污染防治对策。

The detailed analysis of the monitoring data for the pollutants discharge into the sea by the Shandong Haihua Group shows that although every enterprise discharging pollutants accords with the standard, but the group has a lot of enterprises and its scale of production is huge, so the quantity of pollutant discharge into the sea is very large. The quantity of waste water discharged into the sea is 1.732×107t/a, in which the quantity ofoil is 135t/a and suspended matter is 1 425 t/ a, NH4-N is 469 t/a, COD is 3476 t/a. Furthermore, the analysis of the monitoring data for the seawater shows that the content of volatile phenol , oil and COD has exceeded the second-class water quality standard in the nearshore waters of the group and their average pollution indexes are 2.30,1.56 and 1.22 respectively, increasing by 0.28, 0.18 and 0.37 compared with the normal indexes. So pollutants discharged into the sea by the group have exerted some influence on the nearshore waters. The countermeasures of prevention and control have been suggested in this paper.
