利用有限元结构分析软件ANSYS,对燃气轮机压气基座按竖向起吊、水平放置和竖向放置3种工况分别进行强度和刚度计算,对结构几何形状发生突然改变引起的应力集中进行分析.通过计算对初步设计方案进行调整.改进后设计的结构强度和刚度足够,可作为燃气轮机压气基座的施工图纸的设计依据.
利用有限元結構分析軟件ANSYS,對燃氣輪機壓氣基座按豎嚮起弔、水平放置和豎嚮放置3種工況分彆進行彊度和剛度計算,對結構幾何形狀髮生突然改變引起的應力集中進行分析.通過計算對初步設計方案進行調整.改進後設計的結構彊度和剛度足夠,可作為燃氣輪機壓氣基座的施工圖紙的設計依據.

Use ANSYS, the finite element structure analysing software, to calculate strength and stiffness of gas turbine seat of 3 situations: hanging perpendicularly, laying horizontally and laying perpendicularly, and analyze the stress centralization due to unexpected geometry structure change. Through calculation, adjust the primary design scheme. And the improved strength and stiffness seems good enough to provided basis for paper design of gas turbine seat.
