以苦荞麦'黑丰一号'种子为材料,研究不同温度对种子萌发的影响;采用2因素3水平设计,研究不同温度(A_1,A_2和A_3分别为20,25和30℃)和光照强度(B_1,B_2和B_3分别为1,3和5×10~3lx)对幼苗产量及品质的影响.结果表明:苦荞麦种子萌发的适宜温度为25℃;因素A,B和A*B对幼苗产量、V_c和黄酮含量的影响均达显著水平(p≤0.05);对幼苗产量影响最好的水平组合是A_2B_1和A_2B_2,对幼苗V_c和黄酮含量影响最好的水平组合分别是A_3B_1和A_3B_2.在苦荞麦幼苗生长的不同阶段,应进行不同的温光控制,以提高产量与品质.

The seeds of tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tartaricum) variety 'Heifeng No. 1' were used as experimental material in an experiment to study the effects of different temperatures (A_1, A_2 and A_3, which were 20, 25 and 30 ℃, respectively) and light intensity (B_1, B_2 and B_3, which were 1, 3 and 5×10~3 lx, respectively) on its seed germination and seedling yield and quality. The results showed that 25℃ was suitable for seed germination; the factors A, B and A * B bad significant effects on the yield and contents of vitamin C and flavonoids of the seedlings (p≤0.05). The optimum combinations were A_2B_1 and A_2B_2 for seedling yield and A_3B_1 and A_3B_2 for vitamin C and flavonoid contents of the seedlings. To improve seedling yield and quality of tartary buckwheat, the levels of temperature and light intensity should be controled depending on different growth stages.
