气球载雷达由于升到空中观测目标,目标回波与杂波共存,使目标检测的难度加大,因此强杂波背景下的目标检测技术是气球载雷达系统的关键。提出使用高增益低副瓣天线、强杂波信号处理和滤波技术来使目标观测画面清晰、目标跟踪稳定,并分析了未来系留气球载雷达系统目标检测技术需求。

Due to the balloon-borne radar observes the targets in the sky,the target echo and the clutter are mixed,which makes the difficulty of target detection becomes harder,so the target detection technologies in the intense clutter background are the crucial for the balloon-borne radar system.The technologies using the high gain and low side-lobe antenna,intense clutter signal processing and filtering are brought forward to make the target observation menu clear and the target tracking steady in this paper,and the technical requirements for the target detection of future captive balloon-borne radar system are analyzed.
