用不同浓度的NaCl、KCl分别处理海滨木槿实生苗,测定植株鲜、干重及相关生理指标。实验发现,NaCl、KCl均抑制海滨木槿的生长,且随盐浓度增加抑制程度加剧,盐胁迫致使植株株高、鲜重及干重降低。研究结果还表明,在两种盐胁迫下,植株根冠比上升,地上部分的肉质化程度增加而地下部分的肉质化程度降低。比较发现,NaCl对海滨木槿生长的影响大于KCl。

Seedlings of Hibiscus hamabo were respectively treated with different concentrations of NaCl and KCl.The fresh weight,dry weight and related physiological indexes were then measured.The results indicated that the growth of seedlings was inhibited both by NaCl and KCl,and the inhibition were aggravated with the increase of salt concentrations;salt stress reduced the heights,fresh and dry weights of plants.The results also showed that,under the two salt stress,the root/shoot ratio of plants increased,the succulent levels of shoot were promoted while the succulent levels of root were dropped asComparative analysis revealed that NaCl had more influence on the growth of Hibiscus hamabo than KCl.
