对2006年12月11日至2007年6月11日院前急救患者的性别、年龄、现场地址、出诊时间、病情分类、急救半径等项目调查分析.院前急救前5大类疾病依次足创伤、新生儿疾病、神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、消化系统疾病.了解和掌握院前急救患者的临床情况及就诊时间分布特点和规律,对及时、有效、准确做好院前急救工作,提高危重症患者的抢救成功率有重要意义.

Objective The pre-hospital data of 839 emergency patients who were admitted to Naxiang Emergency Center of Shanghai from Dec 11 2006 to Jun 11 2007 were analyzed.The first five causes of emergency call were trauma,diseases of newborns,neuron-system diseases.eardio-vascuIar diseases and digestive diseases.The epidemiological data including gender,age of patients,distance to emergency site,duration of ambulance dispatch,results of first aid.etc were also presented in the paper.These data would be helpful for improving pre-hospital medical care of emergency patients.
