目的:探讨在硝酸甘油(Nitroglycerin,NTG)诱导大鼠偏头痛中NMDA受体NR2B亚基的作用.方法:通过皮下注射硝酸甘油构建偏头痛大鼠模型,采用RT-PCR、免疫组织化学法检测三叉神经节中NR2B的表达变化.结果:偏头痛大鼠三叉神经节NR2B的mRNA和蛋白表达量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05).结论:NR2B通过神经传导可在偏头痛发病中起到重要作用.

목적:탐토재초산감유(Nitroglycerin,NTG)유도대서편두통중NMDA수체NR2B아기적작용.방법:통과피하주사초산감유구건편두통대서모형,채용RT-PCR、면역조직화학법검측삼차신경절중NR2B적표체변화.결과:편두통대서삼차신경절NR2B적mRNA화단백표체량교대조조명현승고(P<0.05).결론:NR2B통과신경전도가재편두통발병중기도중요작용.
Objective:to observe the expression of NMDA receptor NR2B subunit in nitroglycerin-induced experimental rat migraine.Methods:Rat migraine model was established by hypodermic adopted,RT-PCR and Immunohistochemical was used to observe the expression of NR2B in trigeminal ganglion.Results:NR2B of the migraine rat model in its trigeminal ganglion is obviously higher than the central group in the mRNA and protein expression levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:NR2B might play a cenrtral role in migraine central hypersensitivity mechanisms.
