The solubility and dissolution problems of the majority of the slightly soluble drugs Can be improved by preparing drug nanocrystals.Therefore drug nanocrystals have become one of the focal points of drug delivery systems.Based on recent literatures at home and abroad,this paper emphasizes on the progress of the preparation techniques of drug nanocrystals,such as precipitation method,dispersion method,emulsification and microemulsification, supercritical fluid crystallization,etc.
