目的 探讨立体化考核方法应用于《护理美学》课程的效果.方法 将2006级126名学生设为实验组;2005级120名学生设为对照组.实验组采用立体化考核方法,对照组采用期末理论考试的考核方法.运用调查问卷、半定式访谈法评价考核方法.结果 实验组对考核方法的满意度、公平性,对课程的学习兴趣、重视程度,以及独创性思维和团队合作能力培养方面的评价均高于对照组.对照组在护士仪表与人文关怀精神方面的评分分别为(2.97±0.20),(2.90±0.18),均低于实验组(3.93±0.19),(3.87±0.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t分别为3.488,3.676;P <0.05).结论 立体化考核能较全面的评价学生是否达到了教学目标,利于学生综合素质的提高,能够提高任课教师教学能力和素质.

Objective To explore the effect of the three-dimensional examination application on the education of nursing aesthetics.Methods Totals of 126 students of grade 2006 were considered as experimental group,received the three-dimensional examination,while 120 students of grade 2005 were served as control group that received the traditional examination.Questionnaire and semi-structured procedure method were used to evaluate the examination method.Results The evaluations of students about the examination method such as satisfaction,fairness,learning interest,attention degree,cultivating of originality thinking and team work in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group ( P < 0.05 ).Average scores about the students'appearance and human sprit of experimental group were ( 3.93 ± 0.19 ),( 3.87 ± 0.19 ) and that of control group were (2.97 ± 0.20),(2.90 ± 0.18),and the difference was statistically significant (t =3.488,3.676,respectively; P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Three-dimensional examination can evaluate completely if students meet the demand of teaching,and it is good at improving comprehensive quality of nurses and promote the teachers' teaching abilities.
