目的 建立制备蛋白微球的机械剪切法.方法 在不同工作条件下制备蛋白微球,通过检测微球大小、稳定性及其他质量指标来确定最佳工作条件.结果 当将起始制备温度设定为65 ℃、转定子转速调至15 000 r/min时,机械剪切法可制备最稳定、质量最佳的蛋白微球,且可获得最高蛋白微球产量.结论 机械剪切法可用于蛋白微球的规模化生产.
目的 建立製備蛋白微毬的機械剪切法.方法 在不同工作條件下製備蛋白微毬,通過檢測微毬大小、穩定性及其他質量指標來確定最佳工作條件.結果 噹將起始製備溫度設定為65 ℃、轉定子轉速調至15 000 r/min時,機械剪切法可製備最穩定、質量最佳的蛋白微毬,且可穫得最高蛋白微毬產量.結論 機械剪切法可用于蛋白微毬的規模化生產.
목적 건립제비단백미구적궤계전절법.방법 재불동공작조건하제비단백미구,통과검측미구대소、은정성급기타질량지표래학정최가공작조건.결과 당장기시제비온도설정위65 ℃、전정자전속조지15 000 r/min시,궤계전절법가제비최은정、질량최가적단백미구,차가획득최고단백미구산량.결론 궤계전절법가용우단백미구적규모화생산.
Objective To establish mechanical shearing process for preparing protein microspheres.Methods The protein microspheres were prepared by mechanical shearing process under various preparation conditions. The optimal preparation conditions were identified by detecting size, stability and other quality indexes of protein microspheres. Results When the initial preparation temperature was set up at 65 ℃ and the rotating speed of rotor and stator was modulated to 15 000 r/min, the protein microspheres with the higest stability and quality could be prepared by mechanical shearing process, and the highest yields of protein microspheres were obtained. Conclusion Mechanical shearing process can be applied to preparing protein microspheres on a large scale.
