目的评价卡孕栓在宫腔镜电切中扩张宫颈的作用.方法回顾性分析将宫腔镜电切术患者122例.分为两组各61例,卡孕栓组于手术前1小时阴道内放置卡孕栓1 mg,待异内酚静脉全麻后行手术治疗.对照组在异丙酚静脉全麻后直接行手术.记录宫颈扩张所需时间、无阻力感顺利通过宫颈内口的最大号直径.结果卡孕栓组宫颈软化良好率达88.52%,较对照组6.56%明显增高,比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).宫颈扩张所需时间的比较,卡孕栓组扩张宫颈所需时间为(2.6±0.5)min,对照组扩张宫颈所需时间为(6.4±1.2)min,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论卡孕栓在宫腔镜电切手术中扩张宫颈的作用明显,便于手术操作.
