本实验考察了无机盐添加剂、有机酸添加剂和复合添加剂对碳酸钙溶解度和对浆液pH值缓冲性能的影响。结果表明:添加剂可以促进碳酸钙的溶解,不同添加剂作用程度不同,其中有机添加剂的效果最显著,复合添加剂效果略差,无机添加剂效果较不理想。复合添加剂成分间无明显的协同作用,不同复合比例对CaCO3溶解度的影响不同。有机酸对浆液pH值有一定缓冲作用。
本實驗攷察瞭無機鹽添加劑、有機痠添加劑和複閤添加劑對碳痠鈣溶解度和對漿液pH值緩遲性能的影響。結果錶明:添加劑可以促進碳痠鈣的溶解,不同添加劑作用程度不同,其中有機添加劑的效果最顯著,複閤添加劑效果略差,無機添加劑效果較不理想。複閤添加劑成分間無明顯的協同作用,不同複閤比例對CaCO3溶解度的影響不同。有機痠對漿液pH值有一定緩遲作用。
본실험고찰료무궤염첨가제、유궤산첨가제화복합첨가제대탄산개용해도화대장액pH치완충성능적영향。결과표명:첨가제가이촉진탄산개적용해,불동첨가제작용정도불동,기중유궤첨가제적효과최현저,복합첨가제효과략차,무궤첨가제효과교불이상。복합첨가제성분간무명현적협동작용,불동복합비례대CaCO3용해도적영향불동。유궤산대장액pH치유일정완충작용。
The effect of additives on the solubility of calcium carbonate and pH value of the slurry were studied.The results showed that additives could promote the dissolution of calcium carbonate and different additives had different effect. The organic additive effect was the most significant; the composite additive effect was slightly worse and the inorganic additive effect was less than ideal .There was no obvious synergy between the components,and the influence of different compound ratio on CaCO3 solubility were different. The organic acids could suppress the decreasing of pH value of the slurry in some degree.
