整体网格壁板广泛应用于航天器结构中,该文采用增量压弯成形法作为火箭贮箱2219 T 87铝合金网格壁板成形工艺。基于ABAQUS建立网格壁板增量压弯模型,并分析壁板网格参数、网格加强对成形结果的影响。结果表明,残余变形量与压弯量和筋高度均近似呈线性关系,纵向加强筋能有效提高成形精度。通过试验验证了仿真模型的准确性,为整体壁板成形工艺提供指导。

Integrally stiffened panels are widely used in the structure of aircraft . In this paper , the incremental bending was used for 2219T87 grid-type rib panel for launch vehicle tanks . The finite element model of the incremental bending was established based on ABAQUS ,and the effects of the parameters of grid type and grid strength on the forming quality were analyzed .The results indicate that the residual strain is approximately linear with the bend degree and the thickness of rib . The longitudinal ribs can effectively improve the forming precision . The numerical model was verified by the incremental bending experiments . The study provides guidance for the integrally panel forming process .
