Employment of college students has become a major problem in the economic life, with the rise of the network economy, College Students' Internet entrepreneurship has become an important channel to solve the problem of employment of university students .This paper summarizes three modes of college students network business, the technical entrepreneurship mode, marketing business model and network franchise mode. It analyzes the development direction of the network business model, and puts forward the College Students' Network entrepreneurial support framework.
