　　在信息开放的网络环境中基于 XML 的光交叉连接节点 Web Service 的构思是一种有利于网络资源利用最大化和用户选择多样化的解决方案，完整的光交叉连接（OXC）Web Service 方案能为光网络虚拟化和网格应用提供底层物理资源的发现。基于 XML 的描述是发布 Web 服务的初始步骤，通过描述可使信息和服务以更好的形式呈现在互联网上。这里通过分析光交叉连接的主要过程，对光交叉连接节点的几种功能性单板抽象虚拟化，并对抽象的数据元素和 OXC 光网络 QoS 进行基于 XML 的描述。

The OXC web service is a solution benefiting the maximum utilization of network resources and the diversified selections by the user in the information-opening network environment. OXC web service can provide the discovery of underlying physical resource for optical network virtualization and grid applications. Description based XML is frist step to deploy web services, thus information and services can be presented in a better way. Based on analysis of optical cross-connect entity, several functional boards are abstracted and virtualized, and the XML-based description for the abstracted data and the QoS of the optical networks is also done.
