　　目的探讨临床护理路径在初治痰阳肺结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取90例住院治疗的初治痰阳肺结核患者，随机分成两组，常规组和观察组，给予不同护理方法，观察并比较护理效果。结果两组在健康知识掌握、病人满意度和住院天数有明显差异，具有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径可以改善护理服务质量，提高病人满意度和治疗依从性，缩短住院时间。

Objective to explore the clinical nursing pathway in the initial application of sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients nursing effect. Methods select 90 cases of hospitalized at the beginning of the sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients, randomly divided into two groups, conventional group and observation group, given different nursing method, observe and compare the nursing effect. results two groups in the health knowledge, patient satisfaction and hospital stays have obvious differences, statistically significant. Conclusion clinical nursing path can improve nursing service quality, improve patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment, shorter hospital stay.
