　　目的观察中医换药在痔外剥内扎术后患者中的应用效果及体会。方法对2012年10月至2013年4月来川北医学院附属医院中西医结合肛肠科治疗的80例因混合痔行痔外剥内扎术后患者予以中医换药，观察换药效果。结果经中医换药患者仅2例出现延迟愈合，占2.5%；换药疼痛5例，疼痛度6.25%。结论对痔外剥内扎术后患者，采取中医换药可以有效减轻疼痛，缩短病程，提高治愈率。
　　목적관찰중의환약재치외박내찰술후환자중적응용효과급체회。방법대2012년10월지2013년4월래천북의학원부속의원중서의결합항장과치료적80례인혼합치행치외박내찰술후환자여이중의환약，관찰환약효과。결과경중의환약환자부2례출현연지유합，점2.5%；환약동통5례，동통도6.25%。결론대치외박내찰술후환자，채취중의환약가이유효감경동통，축단병정，제고치유솔。
Objective to observe application effect and experience of the traditional chinese medicine dressing chang in the patients with internal ligation and outer stripping postoperation for hemorrhoids.Method:from october 2012 to april 2013,80 mixed hemorrhoid patients with internal ligation and outer stripping were given dressing chang,the dressing change effect was observed.results:the dressing postoperation patients just 2cases with healings wound detention,accounting for 2.5%;5 cases with dressing pain,accounting for 6.25%.conclusion:to adopt traditional chinese medicine and pharmacy dressing change,can effective alleviate pain,shorten the treatment tims,so as to improve the care rate.
