为研究高温条件下不含垫片的螺栓联接蠕变松弛机制,利用Buggers模型建立螺栓联接模型,并根据轴向变形协调关系得到预紧力和时间的函数关系。使用参数化方法建立螺栓联接三维有限元模型,在不同初始预紧力下进行蠕变松弛仿真分析。理论分析及有限元分析结果均表明,在高温下螺栓初始预紧力越大,损失的预紧力越大,但残余预紧力也越大;解析解和有限元解很接近,说明使用该解析模型来预测高温螺栓联接蠕变预紧力随时间的变化是合适的。

To study the creep relaxation mechanism of bolted joint without a washer under high temperature,a mathematical model for bolted joint was built based on the Buggers model,and the function of preload and time according to the consistent relationship of axial deformation was obtained. A three dimensional finite element model was built by using a parametric method,and the creep relaxation of bolted joint under different preload was analyzed. The results of theoretical analysis and finite element analysis all show that the greater the initial preload of bolted joint under high temperature is, the much more preload is lost,but with greater the residue preload. The analytic solutions are very accordant with the FEA solutions. it is shown that this analytical model is suitably used to predict the variation of bolted joint creep relaxation preload with time under high temperature.
