利用糯稻与非糯稻品种(苏香粳3号和武运粳稻7号)杂交,用单粒法测定了亲本、F1、F2、B1 F1及B2 F1的直链淀粉含量,以研究其直链淀粉含量的遗传特性,结果表明:糯稻与非糯稻亲本杂交F1直链淀粉含量多偏向于母本,存在基因剂量效应;高直链淀粉含量对糯性表现为完全显性,是由1对主效基因控制的;糯稻与低直链淀粉含量品种杂交的F2代不符合1∶3的分离比例,这说明控制低直链淀粉含量基因对糯性表现为不完全显性,与控制糯性的基因(wx)是非等位的。

이용나도여비나도품충(소향갱3호화무운갱도7호)잡교,용단립법측정료친본、F1、F2、B1 F1급B2 F1적직련정분함량,이연구기직련정분함량적유전특성,결과표명:나도여비나도친본잡교F1직련정분함량다편향우모본,존재기인제량효응;고직련정분함량대나성표현위완전현성,시유1대주효기인공제적;나도여저직련정분함량품충잡교적F2대불부합1∶3적분리비례,저설명공제저직련정분함량기인대나성표현위불완전현성,여공제나성적기인(wx)시비등위적。
The glutinous rice variety Suxiangjing No .3 and non-glutinous rice variety Wuyunjing No .7 were hybridized, the amylose contents of the parent, F1 , F2 , B1 F1 and B2 F1 were determined by using simple grain method , and the genetic characteris-tics of their amylose content were studied .The results indicated that the amylose content of F 1 hybridization between the glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice parent was more similar to that of female parent , and there was a gene dosage effect in amylose content . High amylose content was completely dominant to wx, and it was controlled by a pair of major genes .The amylose content of F 2 hy-bridization between the glutinous rice and low -amylose-content mutant rice was not compliant with the separation ratio of 3∶1, which showed the low -amylose-content gene was incompletely dominant to wx, and it was not allelic with wx gene controlling the glutinous quality.
