目的：探究经皮椎体成形术（PVP）和经皮后凸成形术（PKP）在微创脊柱外科应用中的临床疗效。方法对我院收治的86例压缩性骨折患者进行回顾性分析，随机分成两组：PVP组和PKP组，每组各43例患者，比较两组患者在分别行PVP治疗、PKP治疗后的疼痛缓解率、骨水泥渗漏率及住院总费用。结果两组患者术后疼痛缓解率间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；PVP组骨水泥渗漏率高于PKP组，PKP组住院总费用高于PVP组，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PVP、PKP对于压缩性骨折疗效显著，二者各具优点，需对患者资料综合评估后选择合适术式，以达良好效果。
목적：탐구경피추체성형술（PVP）화경피후철성형술（PKP）재미창척주외과응용중적림상료효。방법대아원수치적86례압축성골절환자진행회고성분석，수궤분성량조：PVP조화PKP조，매조각43례환자，비교량조환자재분별행PVP치료、PKP치료후적동통완해솔、골수니삼루솔급주원총비용。결과량조환자술후동통완해솔간차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；PVP조골수니삼루솔고우PKP조，PKP조주원총비용고우PVP조，차이균구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론 PVP、PKP대우압축성골절료효현저，이자각구우점，수대환자자료종합평고후선택합괄술식，이체량호효과。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the application of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) in minimally invasive spine surgery. Methods 86 patients with compressibility fracture in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed as the research objects and divided into two groups:group (PVP)and group (PKP), (n=43) each group, comparing easement of pain ,postoperative PVPtreat and PKP treat ,bone cement leakage rate and the total hospitalization expenses of two groups of patients in the line of PVP, PKP holds after treatment respectively. Results By comparing , there was no signifi-cant difference between two groups between the rate of postoperative pain relief (P>0.05); The rate of bone cement leakage of group PVP is higher than that of group PKP ,but the total hospitalization expenses of group PVP is higher than that of group PVP, and all the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion PVP and PKP are both the effective methods of treatment to compression fracture,each has its advantages. In order to get a better effective treatment,it needs to have a comprehensive as-sessment of patients’ materials to be a suitable method.
