人参是我国传统的名贵药材，锈腐病是影响林下参栽培和连作的重要因子。该项研究调查了辽宁省抚顺市新宾满族自治县国营三道关林场不同参龄和林型的林下参锈腐病的发病情况，并对人参锈腐病病原菌进行了分离、鉴定。研究结果显示：在不同参龄、林型和坡位的林下参样地内均有锈腐病的发生，引起锈腐病的病原菌是毁灭柱孢菌（Cylindrocarpon destructans）。

Panax ginseng,a perennial herb in the Araliaceae family,is precious traditional Chinese medicinal herb and widely plant in northeast of China. Ginseng rust rot is one of the main hindrances to ginseng cultivation and continuous cropping. In this study,the occurrence of rust rot in ginseng plantations with different ginseng ages and under different forest types were investigated in state for-est farm of Sandaoguan,in Xinbin manzhu autonomous county, Fushun City,Liaoning Province. Meanwhile,the pathogen of rust rot was isolated and identified. The result indicated that the ginseng rust rot was discovered in every plantation. The pathogen of gin-seng rust rot was Cylindrocarpon destructans.
