利用发动机尾气中余热使水蒸气汽化的方式,通过进气道喷水蒸气参与燃烧的方法,对车用柴油机性能影响进行了研究。实验证明,改造后柴油机的油耗率并不能明显降低;当转速低于1800rpm时,扭矩低于原机,但当高于1800rpm时,扭矩会有所提高,提高的最大幅度达57.4%;柴油机排烟温度比原有状态略有降低;在100%负荷时,NOx排放由9.0g/kWh降为7.1g/kWh,降幅为22.2%;CO排放随负荷变化略有起伏,但总体趋势还是减小的;HC排放比原机有所降低,降低幅度最大为3.7%。此方法具有对柴油机改动小,喷水系统相对独立的优点。

using the exhaust gas of diesel engine to heat the water to vapor, by injecting the vapor into inlet channel to join combustion, the performance of vehicle diesel engine has been researched. The experiments results demonstrate that after transforming, the diesel engine fuel consumption rate cannot reduce markedly. when rotate speed is below 1800rpm, the torque is lower than the original machine. while the rotate speed is bigger than 1800rpm, the torque will increase and the maximum advance is 57.4%, exhaust temperature of diesel engine is slightly lower than the original state.When engine work in rated load, the NOx can be reduced from 9.0 g/kWh to 7.1g/kWh by 22.2%; the CO will fluctuate with the load change,but the trend is decrease.The HC emission is lower than original engine, the maximum reduction is 3.7%. This method has the advantages such as small modify of the engine and the injection system is relatively independent.
