目的:观察长针透刺疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将126例神经根型颈椎病患者依据其治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组;其中治疗组64例,采用长针透刺疗法;对照组62例,采用正常针灸方法。比较两组患者症状体征评分、疼痛量表、颈椎功能、症状体征和疼痛程度以及临床疗效等。结果:两组患者治疗后相关检测指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后,相关检测指标和临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长针透刺治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好的临床疗效。

목적:관찰장침투자요법치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법:장126례신경근형경추병환자의거기치료방법분위치료조화대조조;기중치료조64례,채용장침투자요법;대조조62례,채용정상침구방법。비교량조환자증상체정평분、동통량표、경추공능、증상체정화동통정도이급림상료효등。결과:량조환자치료후상관검측지표균유명현개선,여치료전비교,균유통계학의의(P<0.05);량조치료후,상관검측지표화림상료효비교,치료조우우대조조,조간비교,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:장침투자치료신경근형경추병유교호적림상료효。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of long needle acupuncture on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods: 126 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. 64 cases in treatment group were treated by penetration acupuncture therapy with long needle; 62 cases in control group were treated with normal acupuncture method. The clinical signs and symptoms score, pain scale, cervical function, signs and symptoms and the degree of pain, clinical efficacy are compared between two groups. Results: The correlation detection indica-tors in the two groups improved significantly after the treatment, and the improvement were statistically significant (P<0.05);correlation detection indicators and clinical effect in the treatment group were better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of penetration acupuncture therapy with long needle can provide clinical efficacy for cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.
