目的:观察健脾增敏汤对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)患者血清抵抗素、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:将80例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组在基础治疗同时加用健脾增敏汤,对照组在基础治疗同时加服盐酸二甲双胍。治疗8周后观察患者治疗前后血清抵抗素、TNF-α水平的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组患者的血清抵抗素、TNF-α明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为92.5%,对照组为77.5%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾增敏汤能改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者的胰岛素抵抗,其作用机制可能与降低患者血清抵抗素和TNF-α的水平有关。

목적:관찰건비증민탕대2형당뇨병이도소저항(IR)환자혈청저항소、종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)적영향。방법:장80례2형당뇨병이도소저항환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각40례。치료조재기출치료동시가용건비증민탕,대조조재기출치료동시가복염산이갑쌍고。치료8주후관찰환자치료전후혈청저항소、TNF-α수평적변화。결과:치료후치료조환자적혈청저항소、TNF-α명현저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);총유효솔치료조위92.5%,대조조위77.5%,치료조우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:건비증민탕능개선2형당뇨병이도소저항환자적이도소저항,기작용궤제가능여강저환자혈청저항소화TNF-α적수평유관。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Jian-pi Zeng-min decoction on the serum resistin and tumor necrosis fac-tor -α(TNF-α) in Resistance to insulin of Type 2 diabetes (IR). Methods: 80 cases of patients with insulin resistance of Type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients were treated with basic treatment plus Jian-pi Zeng-min decoction in treatment group, and basic treatment plus oral metformin hydrochloride in con-trol group. The changes of serum resistin and TNF- α levels were measured before and after treatment, in 8 weeks. Results:The level of serum resistin and TNF - α in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); The total effective rate was 92.5% and 77.5% respectively in treatment and control group. The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Con-clusion: Jian-pi Zeng-min decoction can relieve the insulin resistance of Type 2 diabetes, the mechanism of which may be related to the decrease of serum resistin and TNF-α.
