　　目的：回顾性研究王馨然主任医师治疗乳腺癌术后患者的用药规律。方法：收集王老首次诊治的165例乳腺癌术后患者的有效处方，使用频数法研究其临床常用药物及功效类别。结果：使用频率居于前20位的单味中药是太子参、炙黄芪、当归、白术、甘草等；使用频率居于前10位的中药类别是理气药、补气药、清热解毒药、清热泻火药、安神药等。结论：王馨然治疗乳腺癌术后患者以扶正固本为主，分期论治，病证兼顾，用药处处顾护胃气。
　　목적：회고성연구왕형연주임의사치료유선암술후환자적용약규률。방법：수집왕로수차진치적165례유선암술후환자적유효처방，사용빈수법연구기림상상용약물급공효유별。결과：사용빈솔거우전20위적단미중약시태자삼、자황기、당귀、백술、감초등；사용빈솔거우전10위적중약유별시리기약、보기약、청열해독약、청열사화약、안신약등。결론：왕형연치료유선암술후환자이부정고본위주，분기론치，병증겸고，용약처처고호위기。
Objective: To Study on the laws of medicine application of chief physician WANG Xing-ran in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods: 165 effective prescriptions of patients with breast cancer after operation, which were treated by chief physician WANG Xing-ran, were analyzed with frequency method, to study his medicine application and ef-fect of category. Results: The top 20 medicine were radix pseudostellariae, honey-friedradix astragali, Chinese angelica, atracty-lodes rhizome and liquorice et al. The top 10 medicine category were Qi-rectifying medicinal, Qi-supplementing medicinal, heat-clearing toxin-resolving medicinal and spirit-quieting medicinal et al. Conclusion: The main therapeutic principle of WANG Xing-ran in patients with breast cancer after operation is to support right and secure the root, treatment based on dif-ferent stages, taking care of both disease as well as syndrome and protecting stomach Qi.
