　　目的：观察青蒿鳖甲汤加减以及糖皮质激素对MRL/lpr小鼠体重的影响。方法：将32只8-10周龄的雌性MRL/lpr小鼠随机分为中药组、激素组、联合用药（青蒿鳖甲汤加减+糖皮质激素）组、安慰剂组，每组8只，另取雌性C57BL/6小鼠8只为正常对照组；中药组予青蒿鳖甲汤加减浓缩药液灌胃，激素组予醋酸泼尼松片水溶液灌胃，联合用药组同时予青蒿鳖甲汤加减和糖皮质激素，安慰剂组和正常对照组予生理盐水灌胃，给药7周。每周测量并记录小鼠的体重，进行统计分析。结果：各组小鼠用药前与用药后体重的比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；各组小鼠用药前后体重增量（△Weight）比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；组间多重比较，安慰剂组、激素组△Weight均低于正常对照组（P<0.05），中药组、联合用药组与正常对照组△Weight比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：糖皮质激素治疗疾病早期MRL/lpr小鼠可能对其体重增长有不利影响，合用青蒿鳖甲汤加减可能减缓这种影响。
　　목적：관찰청호별갑탕가감이급당피질격소대MRL/lpr소서체중적영향。방법：장32지8-10주령적자성MRL/lpr소서수궤분위중약조、격소조、연합용약（청호별갑탕가감+당피질격소）조、안위제조，매조8지，령취자성C57BL/6소서8지위정상대조조；중약조여청호별갑탕가감농축약액관위，격소조여작산발니송편수용액관위，연합용약조동시여청호별갑탕가감화당피질격소，안위제조화정상대조조여생리염수관위，급약7주。매주측량병기록소서적체중，진행통계분석。결과：각조소서용약전여용약후체중적비교，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）；각조소서용약전후체중증량（△Weight）비교，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）；조간다중비교，안위제조、격소조△Weight균저우정상대조조（P<0.05），중약조、연합용약조여정상대조조△Weight비교，차이균무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：당피질격소치료질병조기MRL/lpr소서가능대기체중증장유불리영향，합용청호별갑탕가감가능감완저충영향。
Objective: To observe the effects of Sweet Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction and glucocorticoid on body weight of MRL/lpr mice. Methods: Thirty-two female MRL/lpr mice, eight to ten weeks in age, were divided into herbal medicine group, glucocorticoid group, integrated group (Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction and glucocorticoid) and placebo group, 8 mice in each group. Eight female C57BL/6 mice constituted the control group; The mice were given concentrated so-lution of rectified Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction in herbal medicine group, solution of Prednisone acetate in glucocorti-coid group, both Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoction and Prednisone acetate in integrated group, and physiological saline both in placebo group and control group. The course of treatment was 7 weeks. Body weight of mice were measured every week and analyzed. Results: Body weight of mice in all the groups increased significantly after treatment (P<0.01); The incre-ments of body weight (△Weight ) of all groups were significantly different(P<0.01). Multiple comparisons between groups showed that △Weight of placebo group and glucocorticoid group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05); compared with control group, the △Weight of herbal medicine group and integrated group showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions:Glucocorticoid may have adverse effects on the increment of body weight of MRL/lpr mice in the early phase of SLE, and Wormwood and Turtle Shell Decoctionmay decrease these adverse effects.
