　　学风是衡量一所高校办学思想、人才培养质量和管理水平的重要标志，也是大学生思想政治教育和校园精神文明建设的重要组成部分。从一定意义上说，学风是一所大学的灵魂，是学校生存与发展的精神支柱。良好的学风对于提高教学质量、促进学生全面发展和健康成长有着重要的意义。文章结合新时期学风建设的突出问题，从人的发展视角探索高校学风建设的新思路。

The style of study is a important symbol of the measure of a university ’s educational ideas,the quality of talent cultivation and management level .It is also an important part of university students ’ Ideological and political education and the construction of campus spiritual civilization .In a certain sense,study style is the soul of a univer-sity and the spiritual pillar of the survival and development of universities .A good style of study has important sig-nificance for improving the quality of teaching and promoting all -round development and the healthy development of the students.This paper explores the new thinking of construction of style of study in Colleges and universities from the perspective of human development combining the outstanding issues of new period construction .
